I have been a therapist for over 18 years in the MN area. I believe in a strength-based approach. I believe a therapist acts as a guide for a client on their journey. I may have tools, techniques, a positive attitude and the experience to be of assistance on your journey.
I enjoy working with teens, children, couples, individuals and families. I am certified by EMDRIA to provide specialized trauma therapy. Specialty areas: children and teens, EMDR, (trauma) adult children of parents with personality disorders, and fertility issues.
